Space Gallery

I had a wonderful weekend! I went to the pumpkin patch with my family on Friday then on Saturday I coordinated a wedding at the Space Gallery. The gallery is off of Santa Fe in Denver and is a unique space. There are three different rooms to have your celebration. The wedding was beautiful! In Colorado, you can marry yourselves, if you choose. This means you do not have to have a minister, justice of the peace or officiant, just the two of you and your friends. This allows you to be creative and incorporate what you would like in your ceremony. It was very touching and it had some funny parts as well. Since the wedding was at a gallery, the bride and groom did some artwork and hung it in one of the rooms. Then they asked the guests to name the pieces - some of the names were hilarious! It was such a great idea and you definitely got to see them through the art. Instead of having the traditional dinner, the bride and groom had an hor o'deauvers dinner. They had a mix of round table, cabarets and small tables. The food was delicious and the catering staff did a wonderful job. Overall, a stunning wedding!
